Royal Marines

On the 7th March 1918 the Kings Badge and Kings Squad was instituted by King George V.

Until we serve in a 'Kings Squad' and receive our Green Beret we are not classed as Royal Marines

Our Kings Squad photo is the most important piece of information to record all who eventually became  Marines. It also picks up on those who were back squadded

The Deal photo will show all who joined up
